The Board of the International College of Chiropractic Neurology (College) has been empowered by the membership to manage the affairs of the College and to grant diplomas and fellowships to deserving candidates.
The members of the ICCN board are as follows:
Ron Boesch, DC, DACNB, DAAPM, DABQURP, FICCN
Dr. Ron Boesch graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport in 1991. He holds diplomat status in neurology, pain management, quality assurance and utilization review. His neurology training was at National College of Chiropractic. Ron was in private practice in Wisconsin 1991 to 1994 and Tennesee from 1994 to 1999. He then moved into academia first at Logan College of Chiropractic in 1999 through 2005. From 2006 to present he has been at Palmer College of Chiropractic where he currently is the dean of clinics since November 2011.
Richard Cole, DC, DACNB, DAAPM, FICCN, FICC(H)
Dr. Richard Cole, a second generation chiropractor, has been in active practice since graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1977. He trained in neurology at National University of Health Sciences, becoming board certified in 1995 by the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. He was board certified in pain management by the American Academy of Pain Management, a multidisciplinary association of pain management professionals in 1995. He is currently a member of the Tennesee Board of Chiropracgtic Examiners and is in active practice at Cole Pain Therapy Group with his son in Memphis, TN.
David Taylor, DC, DABCN, FICCN
Dr. Taylor is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences. in Lombard, IL. He became board certified in neurology in 1992 and has 30 years of clinical experience as the director of an interdisciplinary clinic in Massachusetts. He has served as Director of Clinics and Attending Clinician at Texas Chiropractic College, where he currently serves as faculty. In addition he was appointed by 2 governors and served as secretary on the Massachusetts Chiropractic Licensing Board. He is a fellow of the FCLB, served as test evaluator and examiner for the NBCE, and has participated in the generation of the Chiropractic Best Practices document as a member of the CCGPP. He is published in many peer reviewed and professional trade journals and has lectured nationally and internationally. He was 1 of only 2 DC’s in the state of Massachusetts credentialed as an impartial examiner for the Industrial Accidents Board and currently is one of a handful of health care practitioners in Houston that is Certified as a Medical Examiner by the federal DOT. In addition, he continues as president of Healthcare Review & Consulting, Inc. His interests are in pain management, concussion management, quality assurance and standards of care.
David Schimp, DC, DACNB, DAAPM, FICCN
Dr. David Schimp is a 1991 magna cum laude graduate of Northwestern Health Science University. He completed his neurology residency at National University of Health Sciences in 1995 and became a diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management in 1996. Dr. Schimp has taught orthopedics and neurology at Palmer University in Davenport, Iowa and clinical neurology at various locations throughout the US as an instructor for the International Chiropractic Association’s pediatric, orthopedic, and neurology advanced degree programs. He has also been an associate professor of clinical sciences and attending clinician at Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas. In September 2014, David returned to his hometown of Hartford, Wisconsin to rejoin his father in clinical practice at the Schimp Office of Chiropractic Professionals.
